Our web server may also record standard technical data such as the request time, browser type and requested URL. We do not create user accounts and we do not collect payment data on this website.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
We use contact details to respond to your inquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use technical logs to keep the website secure and reliable, based on our legitimate interest in protecting our systems. Where the law requires it, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We also process data where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
4. How long we keep data
Contact inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a contract or legal obligation requires a longer period. Technical server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Session data is removed when the session ends or expires. After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.

This website uses only a strictly necessary session cookie (normally PHPSESSID) to keep the site working and to remember your language choice during the visit. It is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and it is removed when the browser session ends. We do not use advertising, profiling or analytics cookies on this website. Because only essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is displayed.
